There’s a COURTS store in every parish and we look forward to
serving you at any of our locations. And for your added convenience you can now
buy your furniture and appliances, and pre-apply for credit on the telephone by
calling us on 1-888-TEL-SALE (1-888-835-7253) Our on-line customer account
system allows you to make account enquiries and pay your installments at any
COURTS store, regardless of where you have your account. Additionally, we offer
year-round Sunday shopping for our corporate area customers who prefer more
relaxed shopping. This is also offered seasonally at other locations across the
island.

COURTS READY FINANCE
Courts Ready Finance is a credit
facility that allows you a pre-approved spending limit. Ready Finance allows
you to make multiple purchases up to the value of this limit.
How to apply
You can apply in-store, on-line at
www.courts.com.jm or you can start the
process by calling a telesales agent at 1-888-835-7253.
To purchase on credit simply submit the following:-
• ID
• Proof of address
• Proof of income
• Names of references
If you are self-employed, we ask that you also
submit:
• Receipt books for the business for the
last 12 months
• Current account statement for the past 12 months
• Savings passbook from a Credit Union, Building Society, bank, etc.
Your Ready
Finance spending limit is valid 2 years after issue. The limit can be increased
or decreased (based on specific conditions) and is subject to approval. All
purchases with Ready Finance are subject to the Hire Purchase Act.

Payment Protection Plan
Unfortunately disasters do happen, and for your peace of mind we
offer protection on extended credit contracts against job redundancy,
burglary, fire, flood, death or if you are permanently incapacitated due to
illness or injury. Depending on the nature of the claim the remaining balance on
your account will be paid off provided your account is kept up to date. In the
case of redundancy, COURTS will pay a maximum of 12 monthly payments, or up to
the time of re-employment, whichever is less. Ask your sales representative for
further details.
Superior Product Warranty
At COURTS, we offer the best warranty on furniture and appliances
available in Jamaica. Your warranty handbook details the coverage you will
receive with your purchase. You will also find information tags on all our
furniture items telling you about the materials used to make the products and
the type of product care needed. The information given far exceeds the basic
requirements stipulated by the Bureau of Standards. In addition to the
manufacturer’s warranty, we also offer optional extended warranty for both
furniture and electricals, under our Supa Shield Service Contract, which allows
you to extend your coverage for an additional 2 years and save you the worry of
possible repair costs later on. The cost of the extended warranty is about
equivalent to one call out charge.
No Fuss Exchange
If you have changed your mind about a purchase and you don’t like
the colour or it doesn’t fit, return it unused, unsoiled and in the original
package within 2 days of your purchase and you can exchange it for something
else - no questions asked. This policy applies to the purchase of brand new,
non-discounted items only.
Free, Fast & Helpful Delivery
You will receive delivery of your item within 48 hours after your
cash purchase or credit approval, or at a time agreed with you. If we are unable
to deliver within the agreed time as may sometimes be the case, we will contact
you and inform you of the new delivery date and give you a gift for the
inconvenience. On delivery of your item our delivery team will remove and
dispose of the packaging material and place your item wherever you desire.
We Service What We Sell & What Others Sell
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your
item we’ll repair it as speedily as possible. If you will be without your
product during the guarantee period for an extended time, we’ll lend you a
replacement. In most cases you should not be without your item for more than 7
days. If the problem occurs within the guarantee period or the extended warranty
period, the repair is free. We will also gladly repair items beyond the
guarantee period, as well as items that were not bought from us in the first
place, for a fee. Simply contact us and we will give you an assessment and an
estimate for the repair, after which you can decide if you want us to proceed.
Cash & Go
In many of our stores we offer an express cash service, Cash and
Go, for a wide range of small appliances and accessories. If you know what you
want and wish to buy it cash, simply go to the Cash and Go section where you
will be able to make your purchase without delay.
