Courts Supa Shield gives you full protection as all repair costs including parts, labour and call out fees on major items are covered. There are no hidden costs or extras to pay!

Courts Supa Shield also covers food loss! You can get coverage up to $5,000 per claim due to mechanical or electrical failure of a refrigerator or freezer.

Paying Installments
Your Courts Supa Shield can be added to the cost of your credit agreement should you purchase the products through Courts Ezee Payment Plan, or it can be purchased cash. Ask your Courts representative for full details.

Most service request will be responded to within 48 hours of receiving your call.
Please call Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 8:00pm and Sundays 11:00am
- 4:00pm, there will always be someone there to help you.
An authorise repairer will then analyse and resolve your request for you.
If the product is beyond repair, we will replace it with an identical product or
one that is of
comparable specifications to the original product you purchased.
Validity
Courts Supa Shield covers any breakdown or defection of the product in the unlikely event that there is faulty workmanship or faulty materials in the product. It is valid only for the period of the Service Contract and subject to all terms and conditions.
Full reference should be made to the terms and conditions of the service contract which are set out on the reverse side of your Courts Service Contract.

In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be rectified the product will be replaced with an identical or similar product of the same specification, up to the purchase price of the original product, subject to policy terms and conditions.
