            Competition Rules

The competition is open to persons 18 years and over.

Customers who shop at COURTS between July 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010 will be eligible to win.

The first $1000 spent gives the customer the first entry, with an extra entry for every $10,000 spent (inclusive of GCT).

Entries for cash purchases will be based on the cash price inclusive of GCT, while entries for credit purchases will be based on the agreement total, which is also inclusive of GCT. Ten (10) winners will be drawn overall from the entries received from all COURTS stores island wide.

All entries received will automatically go in the receptacle and the draw for the winners will take place after the promotion ends on September 30, 2010

Winners will be contacted by telephone and advised of date, location and time of the ‘Live It Up Again’ presentation.

                    Prizes are not transferable.

Each coupon must be correctly completed in its entirety. The customer is responsible for completing all fields on the coupon. Failure of the customer to correctly complete the coupon in its entirety will lead to its disqualification.

The accounts of customers selected will be checked immediately after the draw to ensure that they are in good standing. In the event that they have been cancelled, refunded or fall in arrears the customer will be disqualified.

Employees and their immediate family members (i.e. parents, children, brothers, sisters, non estranged spouse) are not eligible to enter.

By entering the competition and claiming the prize, the winner agrees that COURTS has the right to use his or her name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes. If the winners refuse, then they have automatically forfeited their prize.

Every effort will be made to disburse all prizes within 10 days of the actual presentation, however in the unusual event that a customer fails to claim his/her prize within this period, it will be kept on their behalf for a period of 90 days after which the prize will be rendered null and void.
