Competition Rules
1
The competition is open to persons 18 years and
over.

Customers who shop at COURTS between
July 1, 2010 to
September 30, 2010 will be eligible to win.

The first $1000 spent gives the customer the first
entry, with an extra entry for every $10,000 spent
(inclusive of GCT).

Entries for cash purchases will be based on the cash
price inclusive of GCT, while entries for credit purchases
will be based on the agreement total, which is also
inclusive of GCT. Ten (10) winners will be drawn overall
from the entries received from all COURTS stores island
wide.

All entries received will automatically go in the
receptacle and the draw for the winners will take place
after the promotion ends on September 30, 2010.

Winners will be contacted by telephone and advised of
date, location and time of the ‘Live It Up Again’ presentation.

Prizes are not transferable.

Each coupon must be correctly completed in its
entirety. The customer is responsible for completing all
fields on the coupon. Failure of the customer to correctly
complete the coupon in its entirety will lead to its
disqualification.

The accounts of customers selected will be checked
immediately after the draw to ensure that they are in good
standing. In the event that they have been cancelled,
refunded or fall in arrears the customer will be
disqualified.

Employees and their immediate family members (i.e.
parents, children, brothers, sisters, non estranged spouse)
are not eligible to enter.

Drawing for winners will be conducted at the Cross
Road Branch under the supervision of the Betting, Gaming and
Lotteries Commission. Drawing dates will be forwarded to
Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission in advance.

By entering the competition and claiming the prize,
the winner agrees that COURTS has the right to use his or
her name and photograph for advertising and promotional
purposes. If the winners refuse, then they have
automatically forfeited their prize.

Every effort will be made to disburse all prizes
within 10 days of the actual presentation, however in the
unusual event that a customer fails to claim his/her prize
within this period, it will be kept on their behalf for a
period of 90 days after which the prize will be rendered
null and void. Authorised by Order Under the Betting Gaming
and Lotteries Act.
