OUR TRADING POLICY
Price Pledge - We Refuse To Be Beaten On Price ! Courts refuses to be beaten on price on anything that we sell. If within 7 days of purchase, you find an identical item, readily available, in new and perfect condition, in the original packaging and at a lower price, we will refund you twice the difference, half in cash and the other half in Courts gift vouchers. If you have not yet made the purchase we will beat that other price on the spot.
We will do this where we are satisfied that the offer is available at a competitor in Jamaica. For electrical products, the item must be readily available at the competitor in factory sealed and undamaged packaging. The Price Promise does not apply for the Internet, warehouse clubs, clubs requiring membership, mail order, clearance and ex-display stock, products not stocked by Courts or within the Courts range, closing down offers or extended warranty prices.
